You inspect your goods. Once satisfied, click 'Release Payment' on your dashboard. Driver instantly receives 80% net earnings.
Fair Dispute Resolution Policy
In the rare event of damaged goods, delayed transit without notice, or missing items, our admin resolution team intervenes immediately. Funds remain locked in Payment Protection until photo proof, GPS logs, and driver statements are audited.
IMPORTANT — DRIVER & LOAD OWNER AGREEMENT
By proceeding with this connection, both the Driver and Load Owner acknowledge and agree that B.Harry Logistics is a platform that connects load owners with independent drivers and is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, delay, theft, or deterioration of goods while in transit.
The Driver must carefully inspect the vehicle, confirm that the vehicle is suitable for the load, properly secure and handle the load, and exercise reasonable care throughout transportation.
The Load Owner must accurately disclose the nature, quantity, condition, and value of the goods and must carefully inspect the goods upon delivery before confirming completion.
