By proceeding with this connection, both the Driver and Cargo Owner acknowledge and agree that B.Harry Logistics is a platform that connects cargo owners with independent drivers and is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, delay, theft, or deterioration of goods while in transit.
The Driver must carefully inspect the vehicle, confirm that the vehicle is suitable for the load, properly secure and handle the cargo, and exercise reasonable care throughout transportation.
The Cargo Owner must accurately disclose the nature, quantity, condition, and value of the goods and must carefully inspect the goods upon delivery before confirming completion.
Any agreement regarding transportation, cargo condition, price, liability, or claims is primarily between the Driver and Cargo Owner.
